Modern medical facilities
Our practice is brand new and purpose built, with comfortable and well equipped consultation rooms. The practice is fully computerised with leading clinical management software.
Treatment room
We have a treatment room with resuscitation equipment, temperature monitored vaccine fridge, cryotherapy, wound care materials, and surgical equipment for minor operative procedures.
INR monitor for warfarin patients
We have a CoaguCheck INR monitor for use for our warfarin patients. The monitor only requires a small sample of blood by finger prick . Results are instant, and dose instructions are given by our doctors immediately.
Travel vaccines and Yellow Fever Vaccines
We are a NSW Health accredited Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. Our doctors provide overseas travel health advice, travel vaccinations and anti-malarials.
Comfortable waiting room
We have a spacious, naturally lit waiting area with comfortable chairs, TV, and plenty of current reading material.
Children’s play area
There is a children’s play corner in the waiting room, with a wall mounted play panel, this is regularly cleaned and disinfected by practice staff.
Baby change table
For parents of babies and infants, the Yindela centre has a wall mounted baby change table available.
Disabled access
The practice has full wheelchair accessibility for patients with disability. There are 2 disabled parking space in the main car park, right in front of the practice. A wheelchair accessible ramp leads up to the practice entrance. The practice has an electric height adjustable examination bed in the treatment room.
Parking
Free and readily available car parking is available at the rear of the centre with direct access off Pound Avenue. There are 18 car spaces plus one disabled space. There is also kerbside parking in Yindela Street and Pound Avenue, in front of the centre.
Pathology
Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology provides onsite pathology collection services.
A collector is here onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.30am -1.30pm
Yindela centre amenities
There is a cafe, podiatrist, physiotherapist, nail salon, and hairdresser conveniently located in the centre.
