Fees
Davidson Family Medical Practice is a private billing practice. We do however, bulk bill all pensioners, DVA Gold card holders, and children under 13 years of age. Health Care Card holders are charged a concessional rate.
We ask that all accounts are to be paid on the day of consultation. Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.
Our practice uses Medicare Online. This enables Medicare rebates to be paid directly into your nominated cheque or savings account within two to three working days. Rebates can also be obtained by cheque sent to your address, or in person at a Medicare office.
Fees are charged for all home visits, Worker’s compensation, third party insurance cases and for employment, insurance and commercial driver’s licence examinations.
A fee of $20 may apply for appointments that are missed and not cancelled.

Saturday Rates :
ALL appointments on Saturdays will be privately billed .
This means that if you are usually Bulk Billed ( pensioners and children included ) then a private fee of $83 applies .
Bulk billing is available for:
- Excisions
- Biopsies
- Cryotherapy
- Care Plan preparation
- 45 year old health checks
- Over 75 health assessments
